When you visit the site ⏤ Information that is visible to us

  • IP address and browser type: This is standard information that is visible whenever you visit any website. We do not use this information in any way.

The goal of this site is to provide a good browsing experience, while fully and completely respecting your privacy. Cookies are used minimally (as few as possible). These cookies are functional cookies and allow the site to run properly. The following cookies are used as necessary to provide functionality:

  • If you place an item into the shopping cart, we’ll use cookies to keep track of shopping cart contents while you’re browsing our site.
  • On the Sound page of the website, we use the Bandcamp (bandcamp.com) music player to make audio available for free. The Bandcamp music player uses cookies to function. The cookies are used to track which songs have been played. These are functional cookies (it is not possible to make music available via the Bandcamp music player without the use of these cookies).

If you no longer wish to receive subscriber emails you may unsubscribe at any time, through a link provided at the bottom of emails sent to subscribers. Where your data is sent

When viewing the site, your information is not sent offsite. The intention of this site is to let you browse the site’s content, rather than to collect your private information unnecessarily or attempt to track you once you leave the site.

When you sign up to receive emails, your email address may be checked with 3rd party services to ensure the address is valid and not associated with spam.

When you purchase a product from us, the data you provide during the checkout process is sent to a financial processor for processing of payment. The payment processor for this website is Stripe, a financial company located in San Francisco, California, United States. We have not authorized Stripe to retain any of your payment information. This means your financial information (e.g. credit card number) is only used once to make the transaction via Stripe, and this information is not retained by Stripe (or anywhere else such as this website).

When you purchase a product from us, we send some information to 3rd party printing services that are used to create the products. This generally means your name, phone number if given, and shipping address are provided to a printing service, so the product may be shipped to you. Your payment information (such as credit card information) is never sent to 3rd party printing services.

How long we retain your data

Unless you purchase a product there is no data for us to retain.

When you purchase a product, we generally store information about the purchase indefinitely. For example, we will store order information for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

What rights you have over your data

If you have purchased a product, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative/tax, legal, or security purposes.
